Creative Costumes

I've been really getting into dressing up lately.  Meekin and I spend a lot of time in the evenings trying on all of our hats and pretending we're different people.
At school, we learned about Presidents Day and George Washington.  We even made George Washington wigs!  (Note from Mom:  Henry did not go to school dressed like this, he came home and changed into his 'work clothes' and then decided to model for a picture)

Complete with black ribbon on the back!
Of course, Meekin  had to get in on the action too.  He's always running around in his underwear - this time they were backwards!
One day when we were going to meet friends, we decided to dress up again.  I wanted to be a pirate and Meekin wanted to be an elephant!
Today is Dr. Seuss' birthday, so we had a green eggs and ham party at school.  I wanted to dress like the Cat in the Hat because, well, I know a lot about that!  We had a great day!
This is a look Mom will probably see a lot in the future.

Meekin as the Cat in the Hat - Double trouble!
