Maple Leaf Parade 2010

Auntie Allison got married on Friday night, so we got a late, er, early start for Maple Leaf this year.  We got up really early Saturday morning and drove down and it was great!  The first tractor of the parade was shortly after the police cars and we were ready!
Someone passed out beads, so Michelle and Meekin were busy accessorizing.  Not quite Silpada, but Michelle will stoop to bead level for Meekin!
Donny and Daddy deep in conversation solving the worlds problems.
Mom was excited to see Janet Kavandi, who's from Carthage on a float.  She explained to me that she was an astronaut and went to the moon.  I thought she meant in the rocket that's on the float.  My first question was, 'How'd she get in there?'
Cruelle DeVille always enters her car and it's always a hit!
PoPo and Meekin watching for more horses or tractors!
 Listening to the marching band.
 Here come the shriners!
Hey Shriners!  Meekin was waving at the train, fire truck and go carts!
Crazy Jeeps!  They were crawling all over each other!

Our new location at Great Momma Lessie's house is the best!
 More tractors! YAY!
Two hours in and I was getting a little sleepy.  I watched the final part of the parade - the horses - from a horizontal position.  What a great day!
