Feeding Frenzy

Meekin's first veggie was peas and it didn't seem to go over so well. He's since decided that he's good with the greens, but we weren't so sure in the beginning.

When Meekin moved on to green beans, I was very curious... those definately didn't look like green beans in that bowl. I asked Mom why and she explained to me that I have teeth to chew my food, but since Meekin doesn't have any teeth yet, he has to eat food that's all mushed up. My reply to her was, 'That must be a problem!'

This morning, I decided I was hungry before everyone was ready to head downstairs. Knowing where the mess hall is, I quietly proceeded that way and helped myself to a yogurt. When Mom arrived in the kitchen, she found me eating yogurt out of the container with my fingers. She did give me credit for only having one little drop on the floor, but she still wasn't very happy. If I could reach the spoons, I would have!
