On the First Round of Christmas...

We started Saturday morning with 'Breakfast in Bethlehem at church. The smell of pancakes and the sound of Santa's jingles filled the air! My friend Dylan and I were going to dress as angels and take a picture with a sheep, but we decided the two of us playing angels was a bit of a stretch. I decided just to pet the sheep instead.

After breakfast, we colored pictures and made cards for the homeless who were to be fed by others at our church later that day.

The big man himself paid a visit to tell stories!
Sunday, we had our first round of Christmas with Pappy's side of the family. We play a 'white elephant' game where we all bring gifts - some good and some bad! - and we can steal them if we want something someone else has. I like the stealing thing! Gram stole a radio/flashlight for me, but we were having a hard time getting it to work. That's probably because I broke the antenna off. Oops.

Uncle Keith got one of the 'bad' presents. I've not seen undergarmets like this before. I think I'll just stick with my Elmo underwear.

I also got a fire truck and hat. Fun stuff, man!

Baby Ellie, Beth, Meekin and Mom. 'Baby Ellie from Germany' will become famous in the next post.
